The Pop Trading Company Brand Story

Discover the refined aesthetic of Pop Trading Company's functional pieces with a streetwear edge. Founded by Peter Kolks and Ric van Rest in 2003, this Amsterdam-based brand draws influence from the city's skate culture and ‘90s nostalgia and injects it into each piece.

Starting out as a distributor for popular skate brands such as Palace, Polar Skate Co. and Quartersnacks, they moved on to develop their own line of clothing in 2015 with a focus on quality cuts, subtle branding and premium materials.

A pioneer in the industry, Pop has been making waves in the skateboarding community and providing a platform to emerging talent in Benelux and beyond. The brand has become the first skate brand to showcase at Paris Fashion Week and have gone on to collaborate with major brands including adidas, Burberry and Converse CONS.
