The Wild Things brand was founded in 1981 by accomplished mountaineers Marie Meunier and John Bouchard. The Wild Things Happy Jacket in Black combines classic military styling with modern features for high performance outdoor apparel. Constructed with the same high-level craftsmanship as the Monster Parka, it features a shorter length and waist-level hem for more versatility, perfectly suited for everyday use.

Crafted from a military-grade 100% nylon outer and lining and 100% polyester padding composed of PrimaLoft, a synthetic material developed in the 1980s as an alternative to goose down. This lightweight fabric retains heat even when wet, making it ideal for high-altitude climates.

The Happy Jacket boasts a roomy, oversized fit and two big front pockets. There are also two interior mesh pockets designed to keep your gloves dry.

It features a unique hidden hood for protection from the elements, as well as elasticated cuffs with hook and loop closure for an adjustable fit. The left sleeve is finished with a signature velcro logo.
