A carpenter by trade, in 1914 Wiktor Haglöf was one such person who was determined to create a backpack that was tough enough to survive the incredibly harsh backcountry conditions of his native Sweden. Sitting down with his tool-box and enlisting his neighbour and their sewing machine, Wiktor succeeded in building an incredibly robust piece of kit to transport his tools. As well as setting the foundations for what is now one of the most highly respected outdoor brands in the world. Over 100 years later, Wiktor’s
